Secondly, he spoke with the workers as a strategy of boosting their morale whilst lowering employee anxiety. Successful leaders always involve the stakeholders in the decision-making processes to create a sense of ownership. They inspire and motivate their fellow workers by allowing them to work collaboratively with others. They trust others to work independently when the subordinates have mastery over their jobs. They lead by example and are open-minded to suggestions from other stakeholders (Cialdini, 2007). They try out alternative solutions to business ideas because business interests are always a priority.
